This is what the package looks like.

Maifun Delight
(feeds 4-6)
(QUICK,FRUGAL,TASTY)

1 Bag Dynasty Maifun Rice Sticks (in oriental section)

1 Sm. Bag Frozen Peas

Small Pkg. Boneless chicken

Cooking Oil

boil water and soak Maifun pasta for 10 minutes. Mean while, boil the peas for 5 minutes. Coat frying pan with a small amount of oil(I like to add a few drops of pure sesame oil...never more than 3 drops, The taste is strong).

Cut chicken into small pieces or strips and fry until fully cooked. Drain Rice sticks, cut smaller if preferred. Drain peas. Mix together all in frying pan.

You can add salt and pepper or lemon as desired or even some soy sauce but this dish is very delicious and clean tasting without it.

It is healthier than traditional pasta, very inexpensive. It Is delicious without the chicken or with the chicken or meat of your choice on the side.

It makes a ton, in fact, we feed 3 on only about half this recipe could easily feed 6.
